RECan Global GP Luxembourg S.à r.l. is a limited liability company with its registered office in Luxembourg. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of RECan Global GmbH and acts as the general partner of the RECan Canadian Diversified Real Estate Fund SCS, SICAV-RAIF.

The purpose of the general partner is to act in the form of an investment company with variable capital of a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) under the Law of 23 July 2016 on Reserved Alternative Investment Funds, as amended.

The headquarters of RECan Global GP Luxembourg S.à r.l., (commercial register number Luxembourg, B248926) is located at 121, Avenue de la Faïencerie, L-1511 Luxembourg. The Managing Directors is Dr. Bernhard Engelbrecht.
