Lara Ryan
Lara Ryan advises RECan on sustainability and ESG policy.
Lara Ryan is a consultant with an expertise in sustainability, ESG, stakeholder relations and communications. She helps clients articulate and demonstrate their social and environmental value as they navigate low carbon economy opportunities.
Lara has 30 years of strategic leadership experience including the past twelve years (until December 2020) as the Atlantic Regional Director of the Canada Green Building Council, focusing on sustainability and the adoption of green building practices in commercial real estate. Lara background also includes leadership and communications roles in the not-for-profit sector including the Canadian Red Cross and Junior Achievement of Nova Scotia, along with a part-time faculty role in Communication Studies at Mount Saint Vincent University.

Nina Dohr-Pawlowitz
Nina Dohr-Pawlowitz advises RECan on strategic management and fund marketing.
Nina is Chief Executive Officer and sole shareholder of DC Placement Advisors (DCPLA), a leading advisory and global placement agent firm. For the past thirteen years Nina and her team have spearheaded advisory and fund placement for numerous top tier infrastructure managers. Nina and the DCPLA team have been instrumental in raising in excess or 5.5 billion euros in capital across all European and selected pan-Asian regions.
During her 33-year career, Nina has held a number of strategic leadership positions in the fields of marketing, sales and business development at various major global companies, including Siemens and the Canadian Thomson Group. Nina has a degree in business.

Hanns-Ferdinand Müller
Hanns-Ferdinand Müller advises RECan on governance, strategy, and executive management.
Dr. Müller is since 2017 the CEO of FORIS AG (Bonn, Germany), one of the leading companies for mid-cap litigation funding in Europe. Prior to that he spent 13 years with RWE at last as CEO and CFO of RWE Vertrieb, one of the leading European electricity and gas companies with more than 6 million customers and greater than 13 billion euros in annual revenue.
In his over 30 years of business life he worked for WestLB Bank (Düsseldorf/Germany), Kienbaum Management Consultants, (Berlin/Germany), and goetzpartners (Munich, Germany) as a business consultant for strategy, transformation, restructuring and M&A. Hanns-Ferdinand Müller studied economics and music in Hamburg, followed by a Ph.D in Sociology from Universität Trier. He is an honorary professor at the International School of Management, Dortmund.

Dr. Jörg Maier-Erbacher
Dr. Jörg Maier-Erbacher advises RECan on project valuations and pre due diligence assessments.
With over thirty years of real estate management experience, Dr. Jörg Maier-Erbacher is currently working as a real estate advisor. He has a partnership with CGN RE Consulting Group and participates as an advisor on various real estate transactions in Germany.
After starting his real estate career at BASF (1989-1995), Jörg spent twenty-four years as Vice President/Executive Director at the global pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim, with facilities in over 130 countries. He successfully developed and implemented their corporate real estate strategy worldwide for the organization. In addition, he had operational responsibility on all German real estate projects, the management of 500 company flats and also supporting the Boehringer Family Office to build a dedicated real estate fund, including all acquisitions. Jörg has worldwide experiences on all kind of real estate transactions, due diligence, town planning, facility management, implementation of workplace strategies and handling of contaminated sites.
Jörg studied civil engineer in Karlsruhe followed by a Ph.D. in building aerodynamics. He was lecturer for MCR trainings and presenter at international real estate conferences.
